Quantis Club House, located in BSD City, is a masterpiece by Ar. Rafael David Pasaribu that seamlessly combines iconic aesthetics with high functionality. As the winner of the 2024 Steel Architecture Award in the Commercial category, this building is living proof of how architectural design can go beyond expectations. Built as a hub for entertainment, sports, and commercial facilities, Quantis Club House is designed to offer an inspiring spatial experience.
Introducing the Quantis Club House Project
Quantis Club House is part of The Eminent area in BSD City, designed to serve residents of multiple housing clusters while also attracting public visitors. Spanning a 3.7-hectare site, the clubhouse acts as a social hub, bridging community life with modern amenities.
The Quantis Club House is designed to accommodate a wide range of activities. From sports like swimming, yoga, and futsal to commercial facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets, everything is available here.
Characteristics of Quantis Club House
The design of Quantis Club House blends modern aesthetics with local elements, creating harmony between monumental architecture and the surrounding environment.
One of its distinctive features can be seen in the sloped roof design inspired by the typology of nearby residential buildings. Additionally, the building is designed with a human-centered approach to ensure a dynamic spatial experience.
Semi-outdoor corridors connect various spaces, which are arranged to support diverse activities while avoiding dead zones that could diminish the building’s commercial appeal.
BlueScope Products Used in Quantis Club House
The success of the Quantis Club House design is also supported by the use of high-quality materials. One of these is the BlueScope product, COLORBOND® in Tobac Brown color with the Locked Seam type for the roof covering.
BlueScope’s Locked Seam type provides structural strength while allowing for high design flexibility. With roofs explored in various shapes, BlueScope Locked Seam proves that metal materials can also be part of designs that are both aesthetic and innovative.
