Built on a corner lot, MG House features a unique façade that faces two streets. This prime location allows for maximum natural lighting and enhanced air circulation, both essential elements of tropical design.

Characteristics of the Modern Tropical MG House

MG House emphasizes tropical elements such as the use of greenery around the home and strategically placed large skylights in the central void area. These skylights are designed to ensure excellent airflow while maintaining abundant natural lighting.

The harmonious combination of modern and natural materials defines MG House’s character. Warm wooden accents are paired with metal elements, such as steel roofing, to create an elegant tropical atmosphere.

BlueScope Products Used for MG House

MG House utilizes BlueScope’s COLORBOND® in Cocoa Brown for its roofing. This color was chosen for its compatibility with the dominant wooden elements of the home’s design.

The roof is coated with a Polyurethane (PU) layer on the underside, providing additional thermal insulation. The structure is supported by a steel frame coated with anti-corrosion paint, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
